Accredited resilience coach with The Resilience Institute in 2020. Author of the self-help book "The Silent Coach. Graduate of the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI) program. She has spoken on personal development and leadership topics in international media such as Nordic Business Report, Thrive Global, Lifehack. For the last decade, Loreta has been giving trainings and helping people to gain self-confidence, energy management, self-care, resilience coaching, team cohesion.
