ADMIN MAGIC - ADVANCE YOUR ADMINISTRATIVE WORKFLOW

Win back at least 5 hours of your work week, while increasing the accuracy and transparency of your operations.

Short introduction

If the never-ending load of work and a messy environment sound familiar, and you are wishing to make things clear and posted to the right place, this training will walk you through the main guidelines of an efficient administrative workflow. We will solve real (and exciting) problems and find the solutions and the tools together – based on your everyday cases.

We will overview Lean techniques adapted to daily administration challenges, combine them with Microsoft 365 tools, and prepare practical change steps you can start implementing right away (not “someday”).
