Public Speech – Stress-Free Art is a hands-on Erasmus+ staff training course designed to help you become a more confident and effective speaker. Through practical exercises, interactive activities and real-life speaking situations, you will learn how to:
Structure clear, logical and engaging speeches
Reduce pre-speech anxiety and stay calm under pressure
Handle “brain freezes” and unexpected moments with confidence
Understand your audience and adapt your message accordingly
Use body language and voice to strengthen your impact
Create and use visual presentations effectively
Manage your time and deliver your message with focus
Listen actively and communicate more effectively
Build confidence through practice—not just theory
Preliminary program of week
Monday - Participants arrival, Networking activities and introduction into the course, Cultural activities in the city.
Tuesday - Understanding the importance of public speech. First practices, "how to get in sync with the audience?"
Wednesday - Main principles of presentations, what is a good slide and what is a definite no no.
Thursday - Speech techniques, art of group presentations, how to improvise successfully when things are not going to plan?
Friday - Course wrap-up and final evaluation, Validation of learning outcomes and certification ceremony, Participants departure
