Building Future Skills: Self-Leadership as a Foundation for Change

Develop more effective, conscious and sustainable work skills.

Short introduction

This practice-based program is designed for professionals who want to make every day work more manageable and sustainable by strengthening future (soft) skills through practical self-leadership methods. Participants develop essential skills for real work life — time management, leadership, flexible thinking, self-efficacy and innovative problem-solving — and learn how to turn daily choices and habits into clearer priorities, more consistent action and smoother collaboration in complex, fast-changing environments. The training also includes reflective and exploratory activities inspired by the local environment, using place-based learning to support clarity, fresh perspective and integration of learning.

This program is intended for participants who already have professional experience and want to work more effectively, consciously and sustainably, not for those seeking basic theory or just motivational training
